She was very accommodating to my schedule and the amount of information she shared not only about the properties we were looking at but also pertinent information to the area was amazingly valuable. She was quick to respond and if she didn’t know any answer to my questions she would quickly get an answer and get back to me. I wish there were more realtors and people like her. We recently sold a piece of property in Gilchrist County where Janie was representing the buyer. She worked just as hard for us as she did for the buyer. During this transaction , it was discovered that there was a glitch with the legal description of the property. Janie worked tirelessly to get this issue resolved.
