Bought a home in 2020 in FL 32669.

"I moved from Pa. to Fl., I started the process in Jan of this year by researching areas and settled on Trenton, Fl. for safety and rural reasons. I spoke with a few agents prior to Mrs. Shannon and could tell they were not in it to help much, then Kathleen Shannon returned my call. She helped me through the entire process until the end and we were communicating via phone, email and text. She always responded if I left a message in a short time by all means and gave me an answer to my question. It became frustrating at times because of the process and I could not have done it without her. Thank You Kathleen. I vote you agent of the year."

"I thank GOD/4 my path crossing with Kathleen. I have been searching for the perfect home to retire permanently to for the past 3 years. She showed me 2 homes that (I) thought would suit my needs, but failed miserably. After only 2 short weeks of daily communication with Kathleen, she said," Eric, I've got a very good idea of what you're looking for. " "Give me a couple of days to converse with some of my colleagues, and find out if someone knows of a property that meet your desires." 2 days later, Kathleen called me and sent me a listing of the most perfect property for me that checked every box on my wish list. Kathleen even suggested a lender that got my home loan approved and closed in record time ! I only wish I had met Kathleen 3 years ago when I started my home search quest. Needless to say, THIS Thanksgiving, I am truly thankful ! And for Christmas I got my brand new perfect home under my X-mas Tree !
